Giancarlo Guerrero conducts the Nashville Symphony Orchestra through a triumphant performance of Carl Orff's rousing and lustful Carmina Burana and its showstopping O Fortuna chorus! This roof-raising piece is a true classic in any symphony hall, with hair-raising moments aplenty - the Schermerhorn Symphony Center is no exception!
Audiences will also be treated to renditions of Mahler's Songs of the Wayfarer and Alban Berg's Seven Early Songs. Joined by the Nashville Symphony Chorus and the Blair Children's Chorus, as well as a host of talented soloists, it's a concert not to miss!
