Grew up with EWF....high school, college, young adulthood
until now at 63 years young. This concert brought back so
many memories. Attending concerts with my bro Ted, who
is now in heaven with Maurice White. College dances,
dancing until the wee hours of the morning. Listening to
EWF while I was pregnant with my son Jaime to taking him
to his first EWF concert ay age 10. He was right there next
to me at the concert last night!! We danced all night long!!

"AMAZING" DOESN'T EVEN CAPTURE IT!
What a show! This was the soundtrack of my childhood; played back live and shared with an entire arena of other souls who were equally moved.
Feel so fortunate to have been able to see it and was also completely blown away by Nile Rodgers and Chic.
Pure JOY!

EWF
The show was fantastic. They should be a
regular there throughout the year. Spreading
love and happiness in a world of chaos. So
many wonderful memories hearing their
songs. The sound, the lighting, and
performance was great. Bring them back
again and again.

PURE CLEAN ENJOYMENT
This being my third time seeing one of the greatest bands of all time,
they still know how to move a audience. From the first song to the last
everybody in the Peoria Civic Center Theater was dancing and singing
word for word. The stage was setup with two big screens with live
views and a larger screen for graphics which included a video of
Maurice White singing a song right along with the band. The show
brought back so many memories. It was 90 minutes of pure clean
enjoyment that is much needed in our lives and so hard to find. I
thank EWF for bringing such a wonderful experience to Peoria Il.

WOW!!!❣️
I was home all week with pneumonia...went to the
concert anyway! I am so glad I didn't stay home. The
music was phenomenal, talents extroadinaire. To see
three original members was so exciting and the rest of
the musicians were awesome. I'm 69 chronologically but
that's where it ends. I have their CD in my car always!
Missed Maurice♥️
Recommend to all ages; sat in uppermost balcony, didn't
miss a moment... rocked with E, W & F the entire concert
and thensome❣️

ENERGY
Amazing energy at the embassy tonight!
Great concert

WONDERFUL
Flew in from NJ to see Concert and was not disappointed. About 90 minutes of non-stop memories. All our favorites werw on the playlist. Philip Bailey sounded great as did the other members. Used to see EWF regularly many years ago, haven't seen them in about 15 yrs. Where they get their energy I have no idea. Verdine still crazy. God bless them.

STILL, EW&F
I first saw EW&F in California in the mid 70's I think and have seen them on and off in recent years. Last night's performance at Wolf Trap was nothing short of spectacular. My wife, a native South African just kept saying 'I have never seen anything like that!' Yes, the guys are a bit older -- we all are. They don't move like they did in the 70's, few of us do. But the heart, soul, sound and professionalism is still there -- The trade mark of the greatest band of all time. In these times of diversity, last night, EW&F performed and brought together all races, young and old to be witness their greatness and longevity. Seeing the photos of the guys from the past, especially Maurice, made you feel good...brought tears to most of us. Took us back to friendlier times. Verdine on Bass, Ralph voice and percussion, and Philip percussion, kalimba and that amazing crystal clear falsetto - still. Thanks for an amazing performance and thanks for remaining Earth, Wind and Fire.

KILLER CONCERT!
Don't miss this wonderful show!! Standing and dancing to be had by all!!

OUTSTANDING CONCERT
I had so much fun. Great night and wonderful music. The whole crowd was dancing. This was the highlight of my whole vacation.
Cindy Reed from Austin, Texas
STILL GOT IT!
This band is just as tight as the first time I saw them in thr 70’s and again, in 2003… 90 minutes of non-stop old school choreographed moves, Bailey’s falsetto is on point (and his son is singing with him), Verdine still crazy good and all over the stage, the horns and drums are fire… EWF is deserving of every accolade they've been given but they are really about LOVE! Love for what you do, who you are, and for one another.
High energy, infectious, fun, but most of all, the ultimate professionals in a business filled with too many spoiled entertainers. These guys have seen it all and are still here, giving it all they got for another generation! Long live Earth, Wind and Fire!
Dee from Buffalo, New York
GREAT BUT…
It was hard driving love dancing type concert
Saw them 16 yrs ago @ the Turning Stone
Just awesome …great great great
Art Park was not awesome , the long lines to get in , the few people working a gate , I felt sorry for people that got in after the concert started , just bad and wrong ,, never have I seen such a mess of getting into concert who over sold and did not have any idea of the crowd that size was showing up ,, chairs on sidewalks and everywhere that caused vendors and people just pure jams.
Sad sad sad
Rachel Sterling from Boston, Massachusetts
NOSTALGIC
Loved the concert but mostly for the memories it brought back from having seen them in 1977 in Mpls. I have never seen tanglewood so crowded - including the lawn! Throngs of happy dancing people - had a great time even with only 3 of the original members there. Loved that the showed old footage on the screen behind them on stage - fun to remember 50 years ago. The light tribute to 'those we lost in the pandemic' was so touching - brought tears to my eyes.
E. Lopez from Las Vegas, Nevada
LIP SINGING AT ITS BEST
Saw the opening show last night, and though it was a very good performance overall, Phillip lip sync most of the songs, if not all, and so doe everyone else that sang during the performance. You can definitely see it on the large screens that they were indeed not singing 90% of the time. Amazing light show, and band performance. But you are paying to hear their voices and tuning old songs, and I know age may be a factor, I rather hear distorted voices than see lips moving out of sequence in screens.

NOT THE REAL THING
Beware. This is not EW&F. This is a tribute band of sorts that does contain some former band members. However, Verdine white and Philip Bailey are not a part of this. I’m sure it’s still a great show but if you are expecting to see the iconic vocals and crazy energy of the two aforementioned members you will be very disappointed.
Ms. Indy from Evansville, IN
VERY DISAPPOINTED
Please be aware online and the tickets will not say Earth Wind and Fire legacy band. The have a band without EWF members singing along to music. I was very disappointed to see a back up band kicking their legs up doing Michael Jackson moves. It should be listed online b4 buying tickets.
