OUTSTANDING FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

Just what is needed in December 2021! It made me laugh, at times cry, and oftentimes wanna dance! It is what Broadway is meant to be. Surely not a “woke” production but something entertaining!! Not everything has to be intellectual!! This was just plain old fun!

OUTSTANDING!!

We throughly enjoyed Mrs. Doubtfire in Detroit. I had a huge smile on my face the entire play. Rob McClure was beyond great in the lead role! The other cast members were so talented. We loved it!

A MUST SEE FOR ALL AGES!!!

One of the funniest musicals we’ve even seen!! The vocals and song lyrics were amazing! The dancers only made enhanced every scene for the audience- and the performances of all the cast members were spot on! We highly recommend this for all ages! As a retired early education teacher, a highlight for me was Daniel’s (Rob McClure) solo “It’s About Time”…OMGoodness!!! Lololol Well done EVERYONE: cast, orchestra, dance choreographers, music, lyrics….!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️❤️❤️

ONE OF MY TOP 10 PLAYS

I loved it. The cast was great and it was funny with a good mix of music. The main actor, who played the father, was great. The entire cast was great, but he had to do all the different voices for all of his alternate identities and he did it well.

AMAZINGLY ACTED

My favorite musical so far.

DIDN'T THRILL ME

Nothing memorable about the music. Mask used didn't fit correctly. Too much red in the mask. Not the worst show I've seen, but sure wouldn't see it again. Needs work before Broadway.

INCORRECT PLOT

If you write a remake of a play, you need to get your facts straight. In the Robin Williams, Mrs Doubtfire was not from Scotland, when Mrs Doubtfire was introduced to the family, and talking to Miranda Hillard over tea, Mrs Doubtfire says she's from England. Thanks
